Portfolio

A folder/notebook containing logs, reflective writings and other forms demonstrating the student's process and progress.
The completed portfolio must be turned in to Ms. Tolomeo no later than March 15, 2010.

Failure to meet any deadline will result in automatic removal from the process

Plagiarism Form
Topic Approval Form
Letter of Intent
Product Approval Form
Product Development Reflection
Mentor Approval Form
Mentor Feedback Form
Graded Paper with Rubic
