The Global community is constantly changing.  Nation/states undergo internal conflicts or political unrest.  New states are emerging.  Old states undergo changing political orders.  And, alliances face power struggles as borders change.  You, the student, have had to critically think through the processes that nation/states face as they consider what will benefit their countries.
