ANTIGONE
BOOK REVIEW

Antigone was a book mainly a death for becoming king. It started when at dawn in a town by the name of Thebes. There was a war in the town of thebes between the two armies led by the son of Oedipus. Later on in the story the two sons fight to death and Creon becomes king of Thebes. Polynices  was the brother of Antigone and because of her beliefs  that he should have a proper burrial resulted in her death.

To me the play was kind of good because i like the time period that it was in and that i liked when they acually fought. When they acually fought, it was my favorite part. They described everything that had happened throughout the fighting scene. I really didn't have a least favorite part because the whole book was really good, but if i could change anything in the story i would add some stuff like some romance or other types of things like that.

I would recomend this play to another person only if they liked fighting and if they liked story's with people arguing and fussing over who gets to be what and who gets to rule the city. Over all this book is good for other people to read and espsecially if you just like reading certain play's.
