Water Garden Design & Construction

The experimental sciences group worked with the Enloe Horticulture Club to create an amazing water garden in the courtyard of the West campus. Enloe students have the opportunity to enjoy this relaxing landscape feature during their treks from class to class during the school day.

Group 4 is the experimental sciences group. All students testing in biology chemistry, physics, or environmental systems work together on a "Group 4 Project" during the year in which they will test in science.

This year's students are working together with the Enloe Horticulture Club to build a water garden in the West Building Courtyard area. Home Depot has generously supplied materials and expertise to assist them with this project.

The students have worked under the supervision of Mr. Ogren and Mr. Wood to shape the hole for the pond, moving rocks for landscaping, and build a stream and waterfall to add aesthetic beauty to the site.

After collecting data on water quality, the students' water garden will be ready for plants and fish, creating a relaxing and intersting feature for all to enjoy as they move from class to class.
