As a parent, is there any support for me?

The International Baccalaureate Programme is a demanding endeavor both for parents and for the IB students. It can be rough if you have no one to whom you can turn.

Enter the IB parent support group! Parents meet regularly to discuss the IB Programme and stratagies for helping their students through their high school experience.

The IB Parent Support Group

Parents of IB and Pre-IB students meet on the first Tuesday of most months. They are dedicated to helping their students, supporting the teachers and IB Coordinator, learning more about the IB Diploma Programme, networking with other parents, and planning and sponsoring the IB Awards Ceremony for the graduating class.

The group often sponsors speakers who talk about items of interest to IB parents: university entrance requirements, financial aid, general IB information, thoughts of previous IB graduates and their parents.

All Enloe parents are welcome at these meetings. For information or dates and times of upcoming meetings, call or e-mail Laura Rosen in the Enloe IB office: (919) 856-7907, lrosen@wcpss.net.
