Senior Meetings

A senior meeting is an appointed time for seniors to sit with his/her counselor to discuss plans for after high school graduation (i.e. college planning, military planning, full time employment). These meetings are available to all seniors upon request.

Procedures:

  1. Sign up for an appointment with your counselor using the calendar on your counselor’s door.
  2. Make your appointment according to the directions posted with the calendar.

Counselor Recommendation Interviews

A senior counselor recommendation interview is for students applying to a college or university that requires a separate form for counselors to complete. Not all colleges require counselor recommendations so not all seniors will need a counselor recommendation interview.

Procedures:

  1. Follow the “College Forms/Transcript Request Deadlines” schedule.
  2. Fill out a transcript request form with parent signature if you are not 18 years old.
  3. Bring in completed transcript request form(s) with counselor form(s) (secondary school report, counselor statement) and turn these forms in to Mrs. Stewart. Mrs. Stewart’s office is located behind the front desk in Student Services.
  4. Ms. Stewart will walk you through signing up for your Counselor Recommendation Interview and will provide you with an interview packet to complete and bring on the date of your interview with the counselor.
