Health Class Guidelines

  1. Always be prepared for class - always have textbook, pencil, and paper every day.
  2. Always do daily homework, and have a notebook specifically for Health class.
  3. Develop a good relationship with the teacher and establish good study habits.

Physical Fitness Guidelines

  1. Make sure that you are dressed appropiately.
  2. Students are required to have a white Tee-shirt. Shirts are available for $7.00.
  3. Wear athletic shoes with good shock absorption.
  4. Sweatclothes are recommended for October through March.
  5. Be positive! Be motivated! Be physically fit!
